In the new Information Age, data is ammunition and a new war is being fought across the internet. Data acquisition, smart technology, building information modelling, cloud processing and artificial intelligence are all changing the way in which we work and compete for business.
In 2015, Wilder Associates began incorporating drone surveys into their workflow. It has rapidly grown into a whole new sector of work and revealed new directions that our industry may take in this technological revolution.
Peter is back in the North-East, 5 years after he last gave a talk to LINE. He will be giving a talk on technology – including his pioneering use of drone technology in survey and design work – and its continuing and growing impact on all aspects of the profession
