“Construction insurance can present tricky terrain to negotiate, with a minefield of policies, acronyms and jargon. Adam Aston from our Construction Team will attempt to simply and demystify some common construction related insurance issues.
In this (hopefully interactive) session we will dig deeper into practical and legal issues including:
- typical construction risks;
- mitigating those risks through insurance;
- who needs to be insured; and
- how should they be insured.
We hope this session will be useful to construction professionals including developers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants at all levels of the construction chain.”
