We are giving our members the opportunity to visit one of the highest profile construction projects in the North East. The site visit will include a presentation from ICE G&S Committee member and Farrans Site Engineer Amy Wright followed by a guided tour of the site. This is a great opportunity to see a large scale civil engineering project in the heart of the region.
If bookings are closed due to the maximum number of visitors being reached please email katy.obrien@ice.org.uk and she will place you on a waiting list. Due to the limited numbers available for the session we ask that if you have to withdraw from the site visit for any reason please contact Katy O’Brien so your place can be reassigned.
We ask people to arrive a minimum of 15minutes prior to the start time to ensure we get as much time as possible on site. All attendees will have to bring their own PPE with the site minimum PPE standards including high visibility jacket, steel toe capped boots, hard hat, safety gloves and safety glasses. Farrans retain the right to deny access to their site to anyone who does not have the appropriate PPE.
