Presentation by Deniece Wanley, Head of Business Development and Communications of “Kynren – The story of us”. Now in its 3rd season, and on track to have been seen by 500,000 visitors by 2020, the presentation details the real “heart and soul” story behind this unique World Class Show. From concept & inception, through to its 10 year plans to put Bishop Auckland and the North East on the map as one of the biggest UK visitor attractions.

Kynren is made up of 1,000+ volunteers, and manages to attract visitors from as far as Japan. It is an international success story. The APM North East Kynren event will explore how Kynren has managed to overcome the following challenges:
